Here's a warning to all newly weds: ladies, I know you are smart! But the problem is that your husbands think they are smarter (how in the world do they come up to that idea?). So here is a story. Me and Erik were satying at a beach house on the Oregon coast when we came acros this new scrabble game where there's actually no board, but the tiles are piled up on the table and you can make your own words and steel them from other players. It's faster than regular scrabble and is a lot of fun. Careful!!! It's a lot of fun when you win! As I did the first couple times my husband thought it was cute. Then he thought he'll show me. After all I wasn't even a native speaker. Well, I still won. Erik did not wanna talk to me for the rest of the evening. And here's the moral: sometimes a good relationship is worth losing a good game (you'll still stay the smart one:)

Anya beat me at scrabble too. It is so humiliating.
Hey, is that "Take Two"? That's what the speed Scrabble game that I know is called...but I don't know anything about stealing from others. I dated a guy that wouldn't speak to me for the rest of the evening when I would whup him in Trivial Pursuit...we would still speak to them if they beat us at basketball or something, right girls? What's the deal? :)
Love you guys...
