More Adventures

Last Saturday we were finally able to hit the mountain together. Thanks to good friends the Collups who hooked us up with their gear. Erik decided to teach me how to snowboard... Well, it was very interesting. And at times when I was not eating snow after another fall and was not trying to get up with both of my feet strapped to a board, I actually had fun. In half day we made three whole runs!

With you having the goggles on I feel like I'm watching myself snowboard! I promise it's better the second time, especially if you start your morning off by making your friends the Collups crepes. Greatly improves the snowboarding skills.

The collups and the coslows getting together for crepes, what a bizzare alternate universe I've dropped into. No invite for me? I could just stop in for a bit.

Ok, Josh, you can come!

Josh,

The only thing about this Bizzare universe is that the Collups and Koslows are hanging out snowboarding while I am in Ukraine and you are swallowing cheese steaks in one bite.

Life is wierd.

i much prefer living in ukraine to snowboarding in oregon........ who knows how many broken and dislocated limbs i would end up with.... you know me marina, but i'm sure you had fun - looks fun at least. man, all that snow looks like a potentially amazing snowball fight
